With nearly three decades of experience in design and advertising for world-class brands including Adidas, eBay, Harley-Davidson, Michelin, General Motors, Meta, McDonald’s, and PlayStation, Eric has consistently helped shape work that resonates on a global stage. His creative leadership has been recognized with top honors from Cannes Lions, Clio Awards, The One Show, London International Awards, Communication Arts, and the Effies.
Eric’s portfolio spans brand campaigns, large-scale events, experiential design, branded content, broadcast, and film. Beyond his commercial work, his design expertise extends into original automotive and motorcycle builds, racing liveries, and period-correct restorations that reflect his lifelong passion for motorsport.
Throughout his career, he has played a pivotal role in building and evolving creative agencies, from founding independent startups to helping expand the reach of global networks. In 2016, Eric and his partner Gwen stepped out of the corporate world to take over the internationally renowned Rimrock Ranch, channeling their creative energy into crafting unforgettable experiences for guests from around the world.
Today, Eric leads creative teams across major events and immersive brand activations, driving strategic vision, assembling the right talent and partners, and ensuring every experience is as meaningful as it is memorable. He is currently available for consulting, contract design, and creative direction.
